SPT Vilecon’s facilities support MedTech development, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing across the full product journey.
With cleanrooms, Electrostatic Protected Areas, metrology, prototype lab, electromechanics, tool shop, and manufacturing capabilities, key processes and technical competencies are brought together in-house to support precision, flexibility, and efficient progression from development to production.
We operate two cleanrooms. One is fully equipped and actively supporting production. The second is currently under construction and will feature advanced injection moulding capabilities, including 2K moulding with silicone processing.
These facilities enable us to maintain high precision and clean manufacturing environments tailored to the production of medical equipment and MedTech devices.
We maintain two electrostatic discharge (ESD-protected) areas to ensure safe handling of sensitive electronic components. One Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA) is fully operational and dedicated to the production of a MedTech device for one of our partners. The second EPA is currently being finalised to meet growing demand and will soon be ready to use.
At SPT Vilecon, precision is more than a goal, it’s a guarantee. Metrology plays a central role in our development of high-performance medical devices, especially in the wearable health technology space.
Our Prototype Lab enables fast development and testing of innovative components. Using advanced techniques like 3D printing and insert moulding, we create and refine prototypes from soft silicone parts to integrated electronics and sensors helping partners move quickly from concept to production.
Our electromechanics lab brings together mechanics, electronics, and software to support a wide range of MedTech projects. From embedded systems and circuit design to sensor integration and control solutions, the lab gives us the flexibility to develop intelligent, reliable, and future ready technologies in house.
Our Tool Shop is a dedicated area within our production facilities, designed to support high-precision work across the MedTech lifecycle. With advanced capabilities and a focus on efficiency, it plays a key role in turning concepts into reliable components.
